开采呆滞煤量优化采场接替技术

Optimize Panel Replacement Plan and Increase Rate of Recovery by Exploiting Stagnant Coal Reserve

摘要: 为了提高矿井煤炭资源回收率,减少资源浪费,对淮南矿业集团潘一矿井田范围内的呆滞煤量进行圈定。建立呆滞煤量台账,并对其进行可采性评估后布置工作面进行回采。通过优化采场接替方案、开采呆滞煤量,使得矿井年产量由460万吨增至500万吨。提高了回收率,缓解了采场接替紧张的局面。

Abstract: In order to improve rate of recovery and reduce waste of resource, author had researched stagnant coal reserve within leasing area of Panyi colliery. Furthermore, the stagnant coal reserve file had already been established. Stagnant coal reserve exploitation had been commenced after feasibility study done. The annual output had boomed from 4.6 to 5 million tons. Through the measures above, the rate of recovery had been increased and panel replacement difficulty had been alleviated simultaneously.
